Folks,
Pls google on runoff voting system or two round voting system. In that system, after election, if the winner gets 50% of polled votes, then there is no second round. If if highest vote-getter gets below 50%, then there is second round which has ONLY two candidates who got highest and second highest votes. Instant Runoff voting system or Preferential Voting System is better, but that needs several changes in law. Two round voting doesnt need any major changes.
How does that help NaMo and how does that help us to kill US-elitemen\Missionary plan?
The US-elitemen\Missionary plan is to promote AK using paid media as "someone committed to system change". And then cut about 3 crore NaMo votes of educated middle class OR force NaMo to give tickets to Raghuram Ghazani type people in BJP.
But once two round system comes, vote-cutting threat will NOT work at all. Why not? Because no matter how many votes AAP cuts, NDA=BJP in most places will come second. And when second poll is between UPA and NDA or BJP and Congress , then in second round, most middle class voters who had voted for AAP would second poll vote for NaMo.

So we need to order MPs via SMS that, " I order you to add following paragraph in People's Representation Act that 'if no candidate got 50% or more of total polled votes , then election commission will conduct second poll within 30 days where only two candidates will be the candidates who got highest and second highest votes' ".
Pls note that AK has opposed this proposal !! Because if such amendment comes, then his vote-cutting ability will become zero. And otherwise too, he has opposed the proposal that voters should directly send orders to MPs via SMS !! But IMO, activists should ignore AK's appeal not to send such orders via SMS, and ask for two round voting system.
