Manifesto’s summary : Problems like poverty, corruption, women’s unsafety, naxalism, rising flat prices, worsening maths education have trivial solution. Solution I propose to us voters of India is --- if we all 78 crore voters or say even 40 crore voters do our constitutional and religious duty of sending orders to MPs via SMS to print necessary laws, then poverty, corruption etc will end in 6 months !! All problems that West solved will vanish within 6 months after over 40 crore voters decide to order MPs via SMS. Weaknesses of Military will also go away in 5 yrs. As examples :
1. if 40 crore voters order MLAs via SMS to print Right to Recall Police Chief draft in Gazette, then corruption in police will vanish in 4 months.
2. if 40 crore voters order MPs via SMS to print Jury System draft and RTR-judges drafts in Gazette, then delay in courts will vanish in 4 months and all 3 crore pending court cases will get resolved in 2 years.
3. if 3 crore voters in Maharashtra order MLAs via SMS to replace Local Body Taxes by 2% VAT, then LBT will vanish in just 7 days.

I request all 78 crore voters of India to order their MPs via SMS to print various laws we citizens need. MPs’ phno are on Loksabha website. List of 100 necessary orders is at facebook.com/MehtaRahulC . Three important orders I request all voters to send to their MPs via SMS are -
1. “I xyz order you i.e. MP to print draft in Gazette that mineral royalty and land rent from govt plots be directly deposited in citizens’ bank accounts. Or else I will not vote for you. code = #mrcm01” . If 40 crore voters send this order to MPs via SMS, then poverty and naxalism will vanish in 6 months.
2. “I order you to make mr. abc PM of India. code = #pm-abc”. Here , mr. abc can be leader of your choice. If 40 crore voters send such order to MPs via SMS, then that mr. abc will become PM next day, before may-2014 . And corruption in PMO will vanish in 3 months.
3. I order you to announce that if anyone gets over 2% more approval via SMS than approvals you have, then you would resign. code= #rtr-mp

Answers to technical FAQs : Free cell phones can be given to poor voters. Phno can be tagged with voter#. So if a voter has 2 phno, then system will count only one phno. Voters can send registered #code as orders to MPs, and that will make counting automatic. Putting registered #code and cellno on Govt website will make system fraud-proof. SMS sending is better than signature campaigns as (1) signatures can be forged (2) signature-counting cant be automated (3) when leaders sell out, the signature campaign derails; but leader-sell-out cant derail SMS campaign.

Answers to political FAQs : I have no connection with AK = Arvind Kejrival and AAP = Aam Aadami Party. I started my campaign to get Right to Recall laws printed in Gazette in oct-1998, and also to print law to distribute mineral royalties directly amongst citizens. As far as I know, AK has not given any RTR-MP procedure draft that AK mentioned in apr-2011. So I am convinced that they have no interest in RTR-MP. I had suggested to AK in may-2011 that activists should request all 78 crore voters of India to order MPs via SMS to pass “Janlokpal with right to recall Janlokpal clauses”. I had also suggested to AK in feb-2013 that 1 crore Delhi voters should be requested to order Delhi CM and MLAs via SMS on electricity issue. But AK never issued any call to voters to send necessary orders to MPs, CM, MLAs via SMS. All in all, I have no links with AAP, AK .
