Officials vs Voters vs Citizen vs Slave --- why AAP, AK, Anna, all leaders oppose the proposal that we voters should act like citizens and send orders to MPs via SMS, and instead we should remain slaves

The word citizen came into existence in Greece. The meaning was "someone who is not slave" and and someone who has effective say in Government. The citizen was allowed and required to bear weapons. He was allowed and required to take decisions in courts on who will be imprisoned, fined or executed. The citizen was allowed and required to decide if officials should continue or expelled. And above all, citizens can order kings to make/remove certain laws. The citizens could even order judges to leave courts and/or give specific judgments. The orders were issued by physically gathering such as assembly/Jury, as they had no SMS back then. The slaves had no such rights and powers. They would simply toil.

In Greece, even slaves had limited rights to protest. So right to protest was not distinguishing mark. The main difference was that --- citizens can order officials , while slaves cant.

IMO, the difference between slave and citizen is --- citizen is someone who can and does indeed issue orders to officials including kings = PM, CM and judges, while slave can at most protest, but cant issue orders.

Today, we are voters. Are we slaves or are we citizens? And to what extent are we slaves and citizens?

On voting day, we voters order Election Commissioner via ballot paper on who should be made MP of the district we live in. And Election Commissioner obeys our orders given via ballot paper to Election Commissioner. And the person who gets highest votes becomes MP. On voting day, we are all citizens.

But after that voting day, we are not supposed to order MP, MLA, PM, CM, judges etc. We acan at most protest against their orders. well, even slave can protest. Right to protest doesnt make us citizens. We can speak "freely" against officials. Well, try speaking on corruption and nepotism of judges and you will see how free you are. Abd even slaves could shout, and animals can also shout ---- anyone can shout. Only addition is that we hold banners and wear caps.

But we slaves are NOT supposed to give orders to MPs, MLAs, PM, CM, judges via SMS or any other means. At least, thats what ALL political leaders including Arvindbhai and Anna tell me. And thats what all intellectuals also tell me. They all tell me and us recallists that "voters should never dare to send orders to MPs, MLAs, PM, CM, judges via SMS". IOW, after voting ends, voters should all become slave and not remain citizens. The intellectuals have 4 digit IQ and they show me their PhDs in Political Science to rationalize why we 80 crore voters of India must never send any order to MP, MLA, PM, CM, judges via SMS. In old days, masters would simply show stick to slave that he should stay in limit. Now we have PhDs doing that job for masters.

It is perfectly right that PM, judges etc cant go by orders of 1-2 citizens in a country of 120 crores and 80 crore adults. But what about order from over 40 crore voters to PM or Supreme Court judge via SMS ? Thats where AAP , Congress , BJP , SP all become one and same and Right to recall Group stand odd one out.

Anyway -- I say hell with all intellectuals with 4 digit IQ and PhDs in Political Science , Congress leaders, hell with BJP leaders, hell with AAP leaders, hell with Anna and hell with all other tall leaders. And I am OPENLY ignoring their opinions that citizens must never send orders to MPs via SMS.

I am sending over 500 necessary orders to MP via SMS in next 2 weeks. Which orders? Orders to make necessary laws. Which laws? Laws such as Right to Recall PM, RTR CM, RTR Supreme Court, Jury System, MRCM , reduce juvenile age to 16 years effective 1-jan-2010 etc. And I request all non-AAP activists to do same. And I request all non-AAP activists to requst all 80 crore voters via newspaper-ads to send necessary orders to MPs via SMS.

Answers to technical questions

1. An MP has 15,00,000 voters and say each voter on an average sends 500 orders a year via SMS . Then how can MP read 75 crore orders via SMS

Ans : MP need not read even 2000 orders . For a fee of Rs 50, he can create #shortcodes to a voter where first 10 letters are his voter-ID. eg #ddv7231590_0015_pm2 can be shortcode created for me for my SMS. For thsi, he can keep a staff, and all they need to see os that SMS doesnt have any defamation. And then voters who like this SMS will send only #shotcode. So MPs' server can give count to MP of voters who have sent the order#ddv7231590_0015_pm2

2. Where do I get MP's mobile numbers
Ans : Some 80% MPs' cell numbers are at Loksabha website at http://164.100.47.132/LssNew/Members/membercontactdetail.aspx . For rest 20%, send order to nearby MP of his party .

3. Why did AK\Anna both say that voters MUST never send orders to MPs via SMS?
Ans : In apr-2011, I suggested to Anna and AK that we should request all 80 crore voters of India to send orders to MPs via SMS to pass "Janlokpal with Right to Recall Janlokpal clauses" . Both opposed. Both told their volunteers not to send orders to MPs via SMS and asked volunteers not to give such calls to voters. Why? Because in such case, ability of "leader" to control and end the movement goes away !!
