Right to Reject --- not even 1% as useful as Right to Recall

99% voters intensely hate one or another party. Some hate BJP, some hate Congress. So those who hate Congress, will eventually vote for BJP or whatever big party is there against Congress. And those who hate BJP will vote for Congress or whiever big party that can defeat BJP. Finally, not even 1% will vote for NoTA = None of the Above

So finally, voters will reject this right to reject.

Now And then some anti-Right-to-Recall activists will say "see, voters are fools , they didnt use Right to Reject, so they will also not use Right to Recall, and so lets not waste time in Right to Recall"

===

Anyway, the cost of Right to reject is almost zero --- EVMs mostly have a spare button and even on ballot paper there will be only one extra line to be put. So whatever small benefit voters get for zero cost is welcome. But please note that benefit will be very very tiny.
