Crime magazine reports that former Justice V K Krishnaiyyer suggests that former Honorable Chief justice Altmas Kabir was one of the most corrupt judges India ever had!! see link. Despite all this, pls note that Arvind Gandhi, Subramanian Swamy, Congress\BJP leaders have all opposed Right to Recall Supreme Court judges. Solution : pls request order 80 crore voters of India to order MPs via SMS to print Right to recall Supreme Court judges draft in the Gazette.

In apr-2011, when Arvind Gandhi was asked "what if Janlokpals become corrupt?" , he had said "Supreme judges will expel him". The IAC members didnt know that Supreme judges are THE MOST corrupt and most nepotic people in India, far far more corrupt than Ministers. And so most IAC members accepted this brain dead argument. We informed IAC members how rotten and corrupt each and every supreme judge was. So IAC members started asking question to Arvind Gandhi about corruption/nepotism in judges.

So Arvind Gandhi was forced to change stand. But he still refused to support Right to Recall judges. Even today, he insists that voters of India MUST have NO direct procedure to expel corrupt/nepotic Supreme, High or even Lower judges. Arvindbhai has now come up with some another brain dead idea of "National Judicial Commission" where some 5 top MNC-agents will decide who should become judge and which judge should be expelled !! IOW, by just placing, bribing and controlling 5 top persons in India, Rockefeller , Rothschild etc can control all 16000 judges of India !! Thats the plan Arvind Gandhi is now proposing !!

Subramanian Swamy goes around peddling same lies. He misguided audience several times by saying that Supreme judges are not corrupt !! This was so that he can keep his court drama on. In reality, MNC-owners were paying Supreme judges to take up Subramanian Swamy's case so taht Subramanian Swamy can capture attention of activists !! And thus Subramanian Swamy can become a hero in hinduvaadies, swadeshies and thus he can misguide and waste away time of hinduvaadies, swadeshies etc

Anyway, lets come back to the problem of corruption in judges. The problem is serious and gone out of hands. The brain dead suggestion of National Judicial Commission or "Judicial Accountability Bill" are useless. And pls note --- there is a growing fear that Supreme judges will take bribe and issue warrants against popular political apex-leaders of India, so that they cant contest elections !!!

Solution:

The solution I propose is that we activists should request all 80 crore voters via newspaper-ad to print Right to Recall Supreme Court judge .

And pls ignore demand of Arvindbhai , Subramanian Swamy etc that such SMS should NOT be sent,.
