MNC-owners and Indian corporates to take over the family business of appointment of judges . Solution? Right to Recall judges, Jury System, recruitment by written exams only of lower court judges, elections of chief judges (eg USA)

In businesses, we see all the time how organized big corporates take over 10000s of family businesses. Well, one more of that -- MNC-owners and Indian corporates have taken over family business of appointment of judges

The appointment of judges had been a family business, particularly since 1991. HCjs will form committee of 3 judges to decide which sessions judges and lawyers should be appointed as new HCjs. And it was always nepotism all the way, and sometimes corporate lobbying and corruption.

But now MPs are making law that hence-forth judges will be appointed by gang known "National Judicial Appointment Commission" consisting of 6 apex persons such as corrupt PM (honest Viceroy) , corrupt Loksabha Speaker, corrupt Leader of opposition , corrupt Supreme Court Chief judge etc . So MNC-owners and Indian elitemen , by controlling just six men will be able to appoint their puppies as High Court judges across India.

All 6 persons in National Judicial Appointment Commission will be non-recallable by citizens !!! And all leaders have welcomed absence of RTR iover JAC-members, To be specific, Congress, BJP, SP , Arvind Gandhi, Anna, Subramanian Swamy etc all have also insisted that "citizens must not have any direct procedure to replace even one member in judicial appointment commitment". Forget all six members, the leaders insist that NO member should be recallable. The proposal of keeping a 7th member which is recllable by citizens via SMS or personal appearance was outrightly rejected by Anna, Arvind Gandhi, Congress, BJP etc.

So family business of judges' appointment will soon be taken over by MNC-owners and Indian elitemen.

Solution?

IMO, we activists should give newspaper-ads and contest elections to request 80 crore voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to print certain drafts in the Gazette. Which drafts?

1. Right to Recall PM draft, RTR Supreme Court Chief judge, RTR HIgh Court Chief judge

2. All judges and prosecutors in lower court must be recruited by written exams only (eg China) where non-LLBs can also appear in exams.

3. HC Chief judges should be elected (eg many states in USA)

4. Jury System draft

And we activists should inform ALL voters that Anna, AK, Congress, BJP etc have opposed Right to Recall over any of the six judicial appointment commission members
