I am re-re-requesting all to order MPs via SMS to reduce juvenile age from 18 years to 16 years effective 1-jan-2010 , and request all 80 crore voters to do the same. And I request ALL to ignore Arvind Gandhi's order NOT to send such orders to MPs.

On Jan-9, I had sent following SMS to my MP Kiritsingh Solankijee : "Kiritbhai, i am rahul mehta, voter num ddv7231590 of ahmd west, of which u are the mp. Preamble of the constitution empowers a citizen to send necessary orders to MP via sms. As my duty, i am ordering you to enact a law that wud reduce age of minor from 18 yrs to 14 yrs for violent rape and murder. And make it retrospectively applicable from 1-jan-2010, so that accused in delhi case can be hanged. Thanks" .

And I requested ALL to send same SMS and post it as their FB-status. I am not sure how many activists and citizens of India sent orders to their MP via SMS. But SSwamy, Anna and Arvind Gandhi etc all refused to send such order to MPs via SMS and asked their activists NOT to send ANY orders to MP via SMS.

I am not sure how many activists sent orders via SMS and how many requested citizens to do the same.

But not very many. Well anyway, the juvenile age didnt change as Arvind Gandhi had insisted, and now more "juvenile" in mumbai had played havoc. If juvenile age had changed from 18 to 16, may be , may be, mumbai victim would have suffered less or no injury.
