Say an activist-A has read 1000 books on economics, politics, administration etc including mine, with hope to reduce problems of India. And say an activist-B , who wants to reduce problems of India, asks activist-A "pls recommend me 5 books to read", then my book should be one those 5 !! This was the second goal I had in my mind when I started writing in 1996. And I think, I have finally met this goal.

The first goal was to of course, to reduce problems of India, not to write a good book. But writing book and solving problems of India go together. Why? Because unless one writes, 1000s cant read, and so more clone-activists cant come. So good writings are necessary these days, though in past many brought monumental changes, good or bad, without writing anything (*1). So after years and years of reading 1000s of articles and 100s of books on economics. politics, law, administration, sociology (and of course maths, science, computer engineering etc), I started writing in around 1996. The first book came out in oct-1998. And since then, I have been adding to it. And at that time, my goal was

1. Say one activist-A who wants to reduce problems of India has read 1000 books including mine

2. Say another activist-B who also wants to reduce problems of India asks activist-A "pls recommend me 5 books to read"

3. Then my book should in the list of five !!

And today, from the feedbacks I get, I think I have met this goal.

The first version of the book came out in oct-1998. It some 112 pages (*2) . My friends asked me to make a summary, so I made 20 page summary. And some friends asked for shorter summary and so I made 12 page summary. And then some asked for even shorter summary --- and I made 550 page (*3) volume with plan to write 4 more such 500 page volumes. The first volume came out in jan-2013. the remaining are in pipeline. Why? I decided to cover those activists who were willing to spare time to read 50000 pages to reduce problems of India. And thru them, I believed I could reach more and more activists. Now it looks like I was perhaps on right track.

1. what is "format" for solution to problems of India i.e what is gazette notification

2. solution to problems of India i.e. proposed Gazette-drafts that will reduce problems and make India at par with USA

3. how activists can FORCE PM to print those drafts in gazette

(3) it really simple. All we need activists need to do is give newspaper advertisements to convince all 80 crore voters of India to start ordering MPs via SMS. What orders? Pls download the book. We really dont need any tall leaders. Convincing citizens to send orders to MPs via SMS will suffice. MPs' phno are on Loksabha website. (*4)
