Pls order your MLAs via SMS to order Gujarat Govt to give reward of Rs 100,000 to the CCTV camera owner who captured video of Veer Vismay Shah , the BMW owner who who had run over two engineering student.

We citizens should also order MLAs to print drafts in gazette that would enable/force the Police Chiefs to reward CCTV camera owners who give video footages about rash driving, whether it causes accident or not. The fines can be collected from rash drivers and used to pay CCTV camera-owners.

The corrupt judge is likely to dismiss the video evidence. But at least lets the get ball rolling.

See if someone can find time to print Gazette drafts, that will promote enable Police Chiefs to give rewards to CCTV-camera-owners who give video footages on rash driving. I am busy with other things, so I wont find time for this in near future.
