Three topics --- (1) Lets request all Nodia voters to order their MP\MLA via SMS to cancel suspension of Durga Nagpal and restore her position as Collector of Noida. (2) How Right to Recall law-drafts, if printed in Gazette, can enable citizens to retain honest officers like Durga Nagpal (3) Arvindbhai has opposed the proposal to request Nodia-voters to order Nodia-MLAs to re-install Durga Nagpal !!!

(2) I have proposed "Right to Recall" gazette-drafts over not just MP, MLA, PM, CM but also over all district level nodal positions such as Police Chief, Collector, District Education Officer etc. For the exact RTR-draft and description, pls see the above two links. The RTR-procedures I have proposed, if printed in Gazette not only enable citizens to expel defunct District Magistrates, District Education officers, Police Chiefs etc. but also enable citizens to retain and bring back honest officers if CM etc have wrongfully suspended/transferred them against popular will. So IMO, we activists should request 80 crore voters of India to order MPs\MLAs via SMS to print Right to Recall drafts in the Gazette so that citizens can bring back honest officers.

(1)As a timely measure, I would request all activists, to give newspaper-advertisements in Noida , to make request to all Nodia voters to order MLAs via SMS to re-install Durga Nagpal.

(3)Here I would like to state , the Arvindbhai has firmly opposed the proposal that AAP volunteers should request Nodia-voters to order MLAs via SMS to re-install Durga Nagpal !! He has told AAP volunteers not to issue any such request to Nodia citizens, and he has also told all AAP volunteers not to send any such SMS to Noida-MLAs !! He did demand re-installing Durgajee. But he wants volunteers to wear AAP cap and move in streets so that AAP would get publicity !! Which is why he opposed the proposal that Noida citizens should DIRECTLY order MLAs via SMS to re-install Durgajee, because this would NOT give any publicity to AAP !!

Anyway, so we can count alll AAP volunteers out. I would request all non-AAP activists to make requests to all Nodia voters to order MLAs via SMS to re-install Durga Nagpal.
